Dr. Kalaivani Balaji, is an aspiring academician, specializing in the field of Human Resource Management. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration for her thesis on Women Returners as a potential resource for an organization. She has over 10 years of work experience with a blend of industry, consulting and academic stints.
