He has been in the Leadership Search space for more than 2 decades and independently managed several Leadership & Critical searches for various clients in Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Process, Infrastructure, Real Estate, FMCG, Telecom etc., Good in communication; demonstrated capabilities in strategising & working with business leadership; experienced in designing & implementing programs; building efficiency by creating tools & processes and proven engagement capabilities in managing client & candidate relationships at leadership level are his forte.
