MEASI Institute of Management has an excellent library for the benefit of students, faculties and researchers. The library has an extensive collection of over 19000 books title in area of management for quick reference and easy access. The college has a digital library with access to national & international management journals and publications through DELNET and National Digital Library. It is fully Air Conditioned and automated technology. The library is well Protected with fire alarms and CCTV Security systems.

Library Rules and Regulations
1. Students and faculty members of the college are entitled to use the Library.
2. The Library will remain open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on all working days.
3. Personal belongings of library users must be kept at the property counter.
4. The use of mobile phones inside the Library is strictly prohibited.
5. Silence must be maintained in the Library.
6. Students must handle all books and journals with utmost care.
7. No student shall damage any library material in any form such as scribbling, tearing pages, highlighting, etc.
8. Each student will be issued a bar-coded ID card for borrowing three books, which may be kept for a maximum of two weeks.
9. Ph.D. theses, journals, periodicals, question banks, audio-visual CDs/ROMs, and reference books shall not be issued.
10. A member borrowing a book shall be fully responsible for its safe custody. In case of damage or loss, he/she must replace it with a new copy or pay the cost of the book as decided by the Library-in-Charge.
11. Loss of the Library ID card must be reported immediately to the Library-in-Charge.
12. Students may reserve a book in advance with the librarian if it is currently borrowed by another user.
13. The Library-in-Charge reserves the right to check the belongings of any student when leaving the Library.
14. Staff members are not permitted to retain borrowed books after the college closes for the summer vacation.
15. Students must return all borrowed books before the commencement of University examinations; otherwise, the hall ticket will not be issued.
16. The clearance certificate required by a student will be issued by the Librarian.
17. All library users—including students, staff, and faculty—must sign the entry register kept at the Library.

2. Users must log in using their allotted credentials; sharing login IDs or passwords is strictly prohibited.
3. The Digital Library computers and Wi-Fi should be used only for academic and research purposes.
4. Browsing social media, entertainment sites, or gaming, or downloading unauthorized software is not allowed.
5. Users must not tamper with computer hardware, cables, headphones, or system settings.
6. Silence must be maintained inside the Digital Library at all times.
7. Viewing or accessing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
8. Pen drives or external storage devices may be used only after scanning for viruses at the security desk.
9. Users must not install, modify, or delete any software from Digital Library computers.
10. Downloading copyrighted e-resources (e-books, journals, articles, databases) without permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Users must log out properly from systems and close all applications before leaving the Digital Library.
12. Any technical issues must be immediately reported to the librarian-in-charge or the system administrator.
13. Time limits for computer use may be imposed during peak hours to ensure equal access for all users.
14. Eating, drinking, or creating any kind of disturbance inside the Digital Library is not permitted.
