Established in 1987, MEASI Institute of Management was the first Institute affiliated to University of Madras to offer a Master of Business Administration (MBA) course. It is also one of the only three recognized Research Institutes affiliated to the University.
Program Overview:
MEASI Institute of Management was established in 1987, approved by All India Council of Technical education (AICTE) and affiliated to University of Madras offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) 2 years full time course, with specialisations in Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human resource Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship and family business, Export Import management, Logistics and supply chain management, Shipping and logistics management, Systems management.
Program Objectives:
The primary objective of an MBA program is to equip students with a thorough understanding of business operations, enhance their managerial and leadership skills, and prepare them for senior roles in organizations or entrepreneurial ventures.

The MBA program is designed to achieve the following program educational outcomes.
PEO 1 – Employability: To develop students with industry specific knowledge & skills to meet the industry requirements and also join Public sector undertaking through competitive examinations.

For the categorization of specialization students can opt for either single or dual specialization.

*** Internship will be carried out during the summer vacation after the first year. Viva Voce will be conducted by the college and marks shall be sent to the University and the same will be included in the Third Semester Marks Statement.
